Terms of Service

This is a small, free site that lets people create a personal multimedia gift — a few photos and a short voice recording — for someone they love. By using it, you agree to these simple terms. Please read them carefully; they're written in plain language on purpose.
1. The gift you create
Everything you upload — photos, voice recordings, written messages — stays yours. You keep all rights to your content. We do not claim any ownership over what you put on the site, and we don't sell, license, or repurpose it.
You give us only the minimum permission we need to actually run the service: storing your files on the server, displaying them on your private dashboard, and showing them on the public gift page when (and only when) you press Publish.
2. What you upload is your responsibility
By uploading something, you confirm that:
- The photos are yours, were taken with the consent of the people in them, or you otherwise have the right to share them. Don't upload photos you found on the internet or that belong to someone else.
- The voice recording is yours — you sang, recited, or spoke the words yourself. If you sing a copyrighted song, you understand this site is for personal, non-commercial, family use only and you take responsibility for that use.
- Nothing you upload contains hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, or otherwise harmful content. This is a site about love and kindness; please keep it that way.
If a complaint is made about content you uploaded — for example a copyright claim or a person who didn't consent to being photographed — the responsibility rests with you, the person who uploaded it. We will remove the content while we look into it.
3. Children
This site is intended to be used by children making a gift for their mother (or any loved one), often with a parent's help. If you are a parent, please supervise your child's use of the service. If you are under the age you can legally consent in your country, please ask a parent or guardian before signing up.
4. Account & access
You are responsible for the security of your password. Don't share it. Don't sign up on someone else's behalf without their consent.
You can delete your gifts at any time from your dashboard. When you delete a gift, the photos and audio are removed from the server.
5. Removal & takedown
We reserve the right to remove any content or any account, at any time, without prior notice, if we have reason to believe it violates these terms or is being used to harm someone. We will try to be reasonable about this, but the final decision is ours.
6. No warranty
This site is provided as-is, with no guarantees. It might go offline. Files might be lost. Recordings might fail to convert. We've done our best to make it reliable, but please don't treat it as your only backup of important memories — keep your own copies of the photos and audio you upload.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any loss, damage, or distress arising from your use of the service or from any content uploaded by users.
8. Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
